Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically for updates.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the FindMyTeacherNow platform for personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy platform materials except for personal, non-commercial use
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software on the platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform

This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by FindMyTeacherNow at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

3. Teacher Profile Requirements

Teachers registering on FindMyTeacherNow agree to the following requirements:

• All information provided in your profile must be accurate, current, and complete
• You must provide valid qualifications and credentials relevant to the subjects you teach
• Profile photographs must be recent, professional, and clearly show your face
• Teaching experience and achievements must be verifiable and honestly represented
• You must update your profile promptly if any information changes
• You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any institution
• Fee structures displayed on your profile must be accurate and honoured when students enquire

FindMyTeacherNow reserves the right to remove or suspend any teacher profile that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate information without prior notice.

4. Verification and Approval

All teacher profiles undergo a verification and approval process before being published on the platform. This process includes:

• Review of submitted qualifications and credentials
• Verification of contact information and identity
• Assessment of profile completeness and quality
• Compliance check against platform guidelines

FindMyTeacherNow reserves the right to approve, reject, or request modifications to any teacher profile at its sole discretion. Approval does not constitute an endorsement of the teacher's abilities or guarantee the quality of their teaching services. The verification process is designed to maintain platform quality but does not replace the need for students and parents to exercise their own judgement.

5. No Commission Policy

FindMyTeacherNow operates on a zero-commission model. We do not charge teachers any percentage or fee on the tuition fees they earn from students. Teachers retain 100% of their teaching income.

The platform may offer optional premium visibility tools and features in the future, which will be clearly communicated with transparent pricing. These optional services will never be mandatory, and free profiles will always remain available with full core functionality.

All financial arrangements between teachers and students (including fee negotiation, payment collection, and refunds) are solely between the teacher and the student. FindMyTeacherNow is not a party to any financial transaction between users.

6. Student Enquiries

The platform facilitates initial connections between students and teachers through an enquiry system. By using this system, you agree that:

• Enquiries are intended for genuine educational purposes only
• Students must provide accurate contact information when submitting enquiries
• Teachers should respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Neither party shall use the enquiry system for spam, harassment, or solicitation
• FindMyTeacherNow may monitor enquiries to ensure platform guidelines are followed

FindMyTeacherNow acts solely as an intermediary for initial connections and is not responsible for the outcome of any teacher-student relationship formed through the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services on FindMyTeacherNow are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FindMyTeacherNow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That the results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable
• That the quality of any teacher or teaching services will meet your expectations
• That any errors in the platform will be corrected

FindMyTeacherNow does not guarantee the qualifications, competence, or quality of any teacher listed on the platform. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any teacher's services.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall FindMyTeacherNow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from the conduct of any teacher or student on the platform
• Any damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account or personal information

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether or not FindMyTeacherNow has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on FindMyTeacherNow, including teacher profiles, could contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. FindMyTeacherNow does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current.

Teacher profiles are created and maintained by the teachers themselves. FindMyTeacherNow does not independently verify all claims made in teacher profiles beyond the initial verification process. Users should verify qualifications and credentials directly with teachers before engaging their services.

10. Links

FindMyTeacherNow has not reviewed all sites linked to its platform and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by FindMyTeacherNow. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk. We encourage users to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites they visit.

11. Modifications

FindMyTeacherNow may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform or via email to registered users.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform or any features or services within the platform, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.

FindMyTeacherNow reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards other users
• Spamming or misuse of the enquiry system
• Any conduct that FindMyTeacherNow determines is harmful to other users or the platform

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account voluntarily, you may contact us at the email address below. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
