Yes, completely free. You can browse all teacher profiles, view their experience, qualifications, and reviews, and send enquiries — all without paying anything. We never charge students for connecting with teachers.

A requirement is a tuition need you post describing what you're looking for — subject, class level, preferred teaching mode, and your city. Once posted, matching teachers in our network get notified and can send you a pitch. You can have up to 5 active requirements at a time.

Matching teachers will send you a personalized pitch (50-500 characters) explaining why they're a good fit. You can review all responses, compare teachers, and choose who to connect with. A maximum of 20 teachers can respond to each requirement.

Teachers can only see your first name and requirement details. Your email, phone number, and other personal information remain hidden until you explicitly choose to share contact details with a specific teacher. You're always in control.

Requirements are active for 30 days. Before expiry, you can extend once for an additional 15 days. You can also close a requirement early once you've found a teacher. Expired requirements are archived but you can always post a new one.

You can browse teacher profiles without an account. However, to post a requirement or contact a teacher, you'll need to sign up — either with email/password or through Google sign-in. Registration takes less than a minute.

Every teacher on FindMyTeacherNow goes through a verification process. We review their credentials, experience, and identity before their profile goes live. Look for the verified badge on profiles. You can also check reviews from other students.

Absolutely. Many teachers offer both modes. When searching or posting a requirement, you can specify your preference — online, offline (home tuition or at a centre), or both. Filter results accordingly to find the right match.
